Je pense que ca serait très commerciale et bien sympathique de la par de GRAFIL de t'envoyer cette nouvelle carro , gracieusement bien sur

Que tu puisses la tester et retirer le goût amère qu'il te reste en travers de la gorge et oublier rapidement les problèmes de qualité de ton ancienne carro

Allez Messieurs on attend votre geste commerciale , montrez nous que votre mag est a l'écoute de ces clients

Ce que nous attendons , c'est de voir le geste commerciale au sujet des problemes rencontré avec la carro de taz35

The problem was that we had thought ...
A supply of Lexan wrong, we had to pay and we had a big economic and reputational damage because the amount we buy Lexan are really big!
We then changed providers as well as material, as we have carefully chosen the best ever!
Now we only use or Bayer SABIC and included in the body shop will be the certificate of quality used equipment.

Je comprend tout a fait les problèmes que vous avez rencontrez avec votre ancien fournisseur de lexan
Je suis conscient aussi que financièrement vous avez du en pâtir
Mais ceci est simplement la raison du problème rencontré sur vos ancienne carro , mais ce n'est pas la solution pour résoudre le problème de Taz35 !

Vos clients ne sont en rien responsable de vos problèmes de matières premier !
Vos clients vous font entierrement confiance sur vos procéder et vos competence !
A vous de préserver cette confiance

Je suis sur que vous pouvez faire mieux que de donner des explications

perte économique,oui,c'est sûr de votre côté,mais un geste pour la perte économique des clients qui vous ont fait confiance,ce serait simplement "normal",et prouverait que votre service après vente est sérieux et que l'on peu vous redonner notre confiance.

As far as you recognise that your final product is defective due to the delivery of bad Lexan from your provider, it seems logical to me that you should make a commercial gesture towards Taz35. After reading your comments regarding the quality improvements of your new Lexan and certificates etc..., Taz35 will certainly be glad to read that but you shouldn't forget that the body he bought from you was ruined only in a lap and you have to agree that this is absolutely not normal. I don't intend to pollute your topic with my comments but just wanted to give you my opinion

je ne vois pas trop le le probleme les amis , du lexan est du lexan qui reste une marque depose, le probleme qu a eu grafil je pense est de les avoir faite trop epaisse donc cassante, je comprend vos contestations de par et d autres et je ne veux surtout pas rentrer dans la polemique . mais pour faire des carros a titre artisanale se n est pas simple, mais bon je dis cela !!! , sinon elle est SUPERBE cette carros, et a mon avis on peus lui donner sa chanche a l ai grafil . mon stef on se bouge le hum hum pour reprendre le truc de la plus belle carro, car la il a fais tres fort !!!! j ais un petit quelque chose a te presente pour la team chase!!!! a suivre

Ben si Grafil a fait un bon geste pour Taz ben tant mieux Heu y voudrait pas faire un geste aussi pour Chacal Rc on a 4 Carro MCD qui ont fini comme celle de Taz

Et moi jai été quand il a peter son caro !!!! emotionellement d'avoir été temoin d'une carnage pareille je suis en ruine , une caro gratos me monteras la morale surement
